The FTT expires in 2 years. Upon passing the BTT, you will be able to apply for a Provisional Driving Licence (PDL), and start your practical driving lessons.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Requirements to take the Basic Theory Test?</span><br /><br />You need to be at least 18 years old. You should have good vision with or without spectacles, i.e. no colour blindness.
